Great experience with this company so far. We used another big name pest service for a couple of years and it was such a headache to reach anyone and get them to actually provide the services we were paying for. Stefany came for our initial service yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised by the time and care she took with our house. Getting in touch with questions and concerns has also been a much better experience with Excel than with our previous pest services company. We’re so glad we made the switch.

We’ve been with Excel for 5, nearly 6 years now and have never had a bad experience. Jay and Jon are particularly spectacular. They’re always incredibly knowledgeable and quick with their service when here. They always make sure to answer any questions we have, especially when it comes to spraying anything in or around the house being that we have kids and cats. Excel has been keeping us pest free and the monthly visits are a really important part of that. David quickly assessed the grounds and replaced bait where there was a need. The email report arrives shortly after and you can have a record of what was done and any information about pest activity. We continue to be very happy with the service they provide!
