I called Excel on a Saturday morning and Chris came out that very afternoon to evaluate. Knowing that I was looking to switch to another service company, Chris asked to see the prior service reports to understand what had been done to treat the problem. He didn't want to simply repeat a failed system. He determined different chemicals could be used that might provide a better result. He was thorough and honest. I am hopeful Excel will resolve the issue based upon the way the preliminary visit was handled.
