For example, today Shane came to my house and spent quite a bit of time searching until he found where the critters were coming in. He patched everything up and I felt confident that he did a good job.
Drew T. is not only professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, but he is one of the most driven individuals I’ve worked with in any capacity. He will protect your home as if it was his. Unsurprisingly, he is extremely busy and his time is in high demand, but I would rather wait longer for Drew to properly assess and treat our home than work with another tech. Setting up my initial consultation was a breeze and dispatch of a representative after the call happened within a day. My company has been using Excel Pest Services for over a year now and we are happy with the services provided. Juan Ocasio is our regular technician and he is very professional, friendly, helpful and communicative. If for any reason we have to reschedule our standard appointments the office is very quick to accommodate us. I'm sure we will seek out their services on future projects.
Called after catching a mouse in the house. They responded next day and we haven't seen a sign of any mice since (nearly 2 years). They come out quarterly to check and to spray the exterior base of the house to protect against most bugs. While there they will also answer questions and address any issues as they see them. I took off a star because information is difficult to find on what they can do, what is covered by each level of protection plan, and how much everything costs. The only way I could find to get that information is to have a sales tech come out to look at your house. The obfuscation of information makes it difficult to trust that you aren't being overcharged.
Great service, we had squirrels in our walls. We reached out to Excel after a squirrel managed to make it's way inside our home. Evan came, assessed our home both inside and outside. Had Charles (I believe that was his name) come out and make a one way tunnel. We heard the squirrels for about a week after that. And about a week later, nothing. We called Excel back, Charles came to seal the hole. And we have not heard anything since. They could have easily charged us for multiple tunnels / holes if they wanted to but they really did the job in one visit, one tunnel. I was really nervous to call pest control because these things add up and we didn't know if the problem could really be solved but I was happily surprised by their services. Also they are open on Saturdays which also is not the case with many of these services.

I called excel with a rat problem, they sent Rodney out right away. He was very professional, attentive, and responsive to all my needs. He was very concerned about my young kids and made sure he laid traps out that were out of harms way. I loved that he really cared about there safety. After he came, there was results right away. No activity, I was able to sleep better knowing the problem was fading. He also kept his word and followed up with an additional visit a few days later. I have been a customer of Excel for the last 4 years. I'm not thrilled with the level of service however the technician that serviced our home yesterday was absolutely great. Earl was thorough and very personable. He took his time and made sure everything was done properly , he didn't rush through like other techs had done in the past. Earl seemed to be very knowledgeable and seemed to take pride in his work. Excel could be better as a company but they did a good job by hiring Earl.
I have been using Excel Pest Control for over two years for a few different issues. Different service men have come in but when it comes to service and knowledge Juan (#48) is truly the best. He is now our go to man and is requested for every service visit. He puts our mind at ease that the problem will (and has) been solved.

We've been using Excel since the start of 2020. First they helped us get rid of a bird nest issue we had and put block in tunnels on our property so squirrels couldn't get back in. Although no company is perfect, every concern that we've had they have addressed it and have been willing to work through it until we had a satisfactory outcome. We've also serious had issues with mosquitoes in our neighborhood. There mosquito treatment service has worked wonders and we've been able to use our yard more comfortably since they started treating our property monthly. Today a service tech's came by, named was Shawn C. I highly recommend requesting him, very professional!

About 1 or 2 months ago I was having mice issues throughout my house residing in Fort Lee. My wife was freaking out so I immediately called Excel. A technician by the name of Chris came over and I haven’t had any issues since he came by. Chris found a couple entry points on the inside and outside of the home. He also gave me some tips to avoid any rodent issues in the future. I had Excel come by one more time to check the traps Chris had set out and everything was clear. 3 weeks ago I was having reoccurring Issues with cockroaches in my residence in Teaneck nj. A young man named Chris assured me he would take care of the issue and indeed he did. I haven’t had any problems since and would highly recommend him. Thank you excel you guys are the best.
Called Excel the morning after a rough night of listening to animals crawling around and gnawing in our walls. Mike came for an inspection that same morning and we were able to schedule an appointment to take care of it the next day. Mike helped us answer A LOT of questions and made us feel comfortable about the situation. He was thorough in the inspection and also in placing bait stations and traps. He was professional and honest, didn’t feel like he was going to rip us off at all. The quality of service is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Horrible service and it’s all about trying to make money with these big companies. Don’t even know if they are doing anything. Stick to the smaller more honest companies!!!!

Just had the best experience with Willie aka Will. Since we were unable to have someone in the house during the peak of covid our monitors had not been checked on. Willie was thorough and explained every step of the way. He also made sure to review any possible entry points and plugged up one that we missed many time before! Kenny and now Willie are my favorite 2 techs!

I’ve been using Excel for the past year now and just wanted to say the Eric is kind, considerate, and very conscientious. He knows we have pets in the home and he always lets us know when he’ll be spraying and how to avoid issues with our dogs. He’s also careful not to spray near my vegetable garden as I do not want pesticides mixed in my organic veggie garden

WOW! Marvelous! I'm very happy with the service that my landlord has provided with choosing Excel as our pest control company. I had an awful rodent issue earlier in the fall, I was fairly new to the location, did not know what to expect ; I met with tech #41 Mr. Genis , he was very helpful with tips on how to prevent this from happening again. He helped with sealing any holes that were gaining them access. Would love to have him here again, as I no longer have this problem, I greatly appreciated his work and knowledge! Great job Excel! I will be recommending your company & technician to family & friends!
Our Technician 41 Eduardo Genis , is great. He is always Punctual and he very knowledgeable . When he get to our facility he makes that he goes over everything that he has done. and gives advice on how to maintain the best control possible for our 8000 sq ft facility.
Amazing company !! I hired them in the summer for routine visits. The first visit was great but 2nd visit for my quartet visit was amazing! Evan came and was so thorough. He took his time and even explained the minor “issues” he saw. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pest guy or exterminator. I’ll be requesting Evan for my next visit in the spring.

Once again....Amazing and fast service from Kenny and Will. I had an emergency on my Thanksgiving prep day with the arrival of some sort of wildlife in an old dryer vent. Kenny called me back immediately and was at my home within 20 minutes. After figuring out the best possible game plan....first one bird and then a second flew to freedom! They also went above and beyond and came back the next morning to secure a dryer vent cover for me. Additional note...no birds or humans were harmed during this removal!
