I have had Excel since April and I must due to severe allergy! John was excellent very thorough and I must say no problem with bees and bugs! Today is my 3 month Respray with David who also was a pleasure and took time to make sure I filled out this review first ! pleasant just disappointed he sprayed around the house only and I still have ants and bugs crawling around outside of my house! My main concern is Bees 🐝 I almost died last year from a bee sting!
We love Excel! They maintain our home and do an excellent job. Our technician is Jay and he does a fabulous job! He goes above and beyond and even called our attention to a leak in our pool filter during the most recent service call.
Kelvin , is amazing at what he does . Answers any of my questions . I had bad experience with other techs, but once Kelvin was a sign to do my service everything has been great. Always goes an extra mom. I appreciate it.

Dave Dacosta is an absolutely amazing tech. Always very professional and on time for each service. We have been working with Excel for years now and Dave has been servicing us quite often always providing us with an excellent service and solving all of our issues.
David DeCosta has been out technician and does a thorough job when he is here. He clearly explains what he will be doing for the session and does call me if he is running late. David’s charm and professionalism has been to his benefit when working with the public.
So far so good! They came once and I haven’t really needed them to come back just yet! Not sure what the other companies were using maybe water down chems, I had to have these other companies come back 3 or. 4 time. Not with Excel. 😃
I was recently put in touch with a representative from Excel Pest Services to help me out with fixing a pest and rodent issue. From the moment i reached out to get a general home inspection and quote of the services, their representative, Johnny Piccinich, did an awesome job of providing top notch customer service. He was very communicative and answered all of my general questions before he even came to do an inspection/quote. We agreed on a day/time for him to come by my home and he was timely. During the inspection, he came across as very professional and knowledgable which is something i very much valued in a service job taking place in my house. Ultimately, i knew i could trust him to do a good job so i took him up on his price, which was below all of his competitors.During the treatment, Excel did a great job of fixing my initial problem and was a pleasure to work with. I even took them up on their additional subscription service to help prevent against future issues.

John came out on an emergent call when I called in for a swarm of bees. Unfortunately, they were honeybees, and he could not legally treat or harm by law, however, he was extremely informative and calming, helping me understand what was going on in my house. I called a Bee Keeper and we addressed the interaction together. I asked him for some info on a termite inspection or treatment, and he immediately went into action. He located damage and addressed immediately. I highly recommend John and Excel and am very grateful they responded so quickly!!! I signed a contract on the spot!! I will be utilizing their services for my personal and professional business in the future!

My son saw a rodent at the end of March. Well we called and got the first visit free and signed up for the monthly service for $240 initial fee and $43 a month. So we set a follow up appt for two weeks later. 2 weeks goes by follow up didnt happen. So I called and the excuse was oh the technician scheduled you on the past month not in April so I laughed and rescheduled. Got another tech to come out a week later to just walk around, and tell us that the follow up was too early to reschedule for the following week. We did. Well its April 28th by now again tech doesn't show up. I call and they say oh your monthly scheduled visit is on May 7th. So I say fine. Well today is May 7th no show again. How the hell are you in business still if you can't get the scheduling right?Edit: Well its 5days later still no money back. You were timely with the response to this review but it still takes 5 whole days for a refund?!?! You said you would have accounting contact me. 5 days later no response. So this is how your business is ran? Can I post half a star?Edit to my Edit: That was super quick to call right after my edit. How can you say we paid for quarterly service and you didn't provide the service. Your technician said that the follow up was too early and for us to reschedule it & he left. Your whole policy cleary says that once we pay for the service we can call anytime for that service if we need it. But you still haven't provided the service.What is the initial fee for if we still have the same problem and you couldn't do the job? Your company literally took my money but couldn't do the job when asked to. You got some nerve to be upset with me when your the thief here.Last edit: Even though it took awhile and a lot of back and forth your company refunded my payment and I very much appreciate it. Thank you for understanding and being honest about the mix up. Even though I'm not continuing my service however; I'm grateful that you tried to help me and when services were less than satisfactory you gave me a refund.
