We have a critter in our attic. I called Excel. Will came that afternoon and figured out we had a squirrel coming in. They will be setting up a humane one-way trap that will let the squirrel out of our attic but won't let it back in. Will is very professional and friendly. I like that they have humane approaches to wildlife.
I use Excel for quarterly maintenance and have called them to take care of other issues as well. They are thorough and I have confidence that they know what they are doing. When I had an issue with getting someone out for the quarterly service, Willie made sure to accommodate my schedule and made me feel like a valued customer. Excel Pest was amazing. Called them on a Friday afternoon and they were here before 5pm. Treated our garage for bees. Farron was the best! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Took his time to treat the area thoroughly and checked to make sure there were no other issues. Came back a few days later to make sure the problem was resolved. We will only use Excel in the future.
Ryan was knowledgeable and fully explained what he was doing. In the past we had a basic Pest control service contract, we switched to Excel in the summer for a wasp problem, honestly I was skeptical until today's service. I'm sure my family will sleep a little better, knowing Ryan from Excel did a complete inspection, identifying and resolving our mice issues.I meant to hit 5 starts.. Moved on too quick :-)
After trying to remove a colony of wasps from a small hole in our building with no success, I decided to call Excel. They were able to show up the next day. William Duda came over, explained why my store bought spray didn't work, told me what he would do and how it would work, and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I was convinced that I needed William to spray. It has worked as advertised. The spray made short work of the wasps. William even came back at my request to make sure it was successful. It turned out to be a good decision to call Excel.
Excel bought out our prior company. Ryan from the Orange branch came to treat a yellow jacket nest we had in an exterior rock wall. He was prompt, thorough and professional. Very pleased so far with Excel.

Read reviews and called Excel 2 weeks ago. They responded immediately and setting up an appointment for free consultation was a breeze. Will Duda came and did a thorough inspection of my entire home inside and out. He is very knowledgeable and professional. There is definitely a peace of mind now that I have found a company committed to excellent service and solving problems. Will has a very systematic and organized way of solving issues. He goes into great detail explaining things and is very patient. I will be using this company for any pest control needed.
Excel has been extremely prompt in their responsiveness to our issues. Their customer service has been excellent. We are using them for carpenter bee treatment as well as removal of raccoons under our deck. In particular, dealing with Willie Duda has been excellent. He is a very knowledgeable professional, respectful of our home and responsive to our requests.

Laurette gave me an appointment right away once I stated the urgency, and the technician Ryan O. came on time, investigated the situation very meticulously and explained the situation. Just started using this company for Carpenter Ants. Ryan Oshayghnessy came inspected the house and laid out my treatment plan. He is so nice and so knowledgeable, I knew I didn’t need to look any further. I had previously called another big company that just quoted me on the phone (and a MUCH higher rate). Ryan was happy to answer my questions both via phone and text. Very easy to work with. My only complaint, and this will only effect a small group of customers and has nothing to do with Ryan is Excel bough a local company in my town Regent. So I was a little surprised that Excel had shown up when I was expecting Regent. He explained the owner from Regent sold his business because he is retiring and is now just an advisor. They did not tell me that on the phone, nor did they tell Ryan. So I had to ask as I was confused. Other then that, very happy!
The service hasn't removed the ants (yet). The ants has increased after the first treatment but Ryan personally came back to address it and he applied a gel. Ryan is very thoughtful and considerate that we have little children. This quality is very rare in a pest control company. 5 stars +1 extra star for the sincerity!

Best, most comprehensive service—worth the money. I moved to a new place and began experiencing bug issues in the kitchen. Excel is prompt, thorough and come as often as needed. (The contract says 6/year, but if there are continual or reappearance issues at any time they return. Totally solved the problem. My service person was Willie- Highly recommend!
Our mice problem was not a big problem by any stretch, but it gave us the creeps, nonetheless. Will D. was so understanding, knowledgeable, and thorough - he really helped set our minds at ease. We use excel for quarterly spraying outside in addition to a rodent issue which they solved for us. Our technician Ryan O. was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, on-time and always followed up with me. The service I got from Excel surpassed the previous two companies I have used in the past. Ryan brought his supervisor out to ensure the issue was being handled properly. They identified the issue, made a plan and stayed on course until it was completely resolved within a few weeks. GREAT experience.

Mike and Mike came to my house to address spiders and ants! They were friendly and great! I’m extremely happy with the services they provide. This was our second visit. The first visit was amazing. At that time I was dealing with bees in my backyard. Excel is the BEST! They not only addressed the bees, they got rid of them, was honest about the process, and what to look out for. I had the best experience today with Excel pest. I called this morning upon hearing a mouse stuck in my ceiling. They were completely booked and made room in their busy schedule to come out same day. Mike L (technician #39) promptly came and took a look in my ceiling for me. He removed the pests and provided me with excellent customer service. He removed the problem, and gave me solutions to tell my apartment so I don’t continue to have this problem in the future. I highly recommend using excel.
Last week technician Michael O had serviced our unit because we had an issue with roaches and he left us a note stating everything he did to help us feel secure about our issue. He went above and beyond by leaving a note for us, very satisfied would recommend.

Terrible experience, horrible Customer Service. Michelle was rude and purposely declined to resolve our issue. Zero communication. Waiting for a technician to come, arrived at my house then told me he was pulled back. 2nd technician arrived without notification and failed to perform the service they were asked to perform.
Tech 39 - Michael was probably best pest control visit I had in 3 yrs, he covered everything that needs to be covered when it comes to pest control. Very patient and knowledgeable. Thumbs up!
