I’ve been with Excell since 2019. All along I haven’t been getting the great service I got today with Juan. I’ve been robbed for years. They are supposed to fill holes with steel wool, change the rodent bate traps that’s been unused for months, give granular for plants, change the chemical for the exterior, and put ant granular in the yard. None of them did that until today Juan did. Poor scammed service. Watchout.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Excel Pest service my house for the last three years. What really stands out for me is that the technicians call in advance to let you know that they will be spraying the yard for mosquitos and ticks. I have a dog and a small child at home and it is comforting to know when the service is provided so that I will wait to take them outside. Also, whenever I had some ants in the basement (small kid, I know) Excel was quick to arrive with solutions and helpful tips to not only handle the ant situation but work to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend!
Communication is poor, they always miss appointments, they email me useless stuff all the time. Services are inferior, they leave a mess in my home, and don’t kill any pests. It’s expensive and customer service is extremely lacking. Do not recommend
