Excel pest service was amazing company. Returned call with 25 hours and even sent the technician with all the questions and answers. Thomas agent consistently provides exceptional service by attentively listening to all my concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently. He said we can pay $595 one time fee for his visit and he will fix the issue or pay $199 and sign up a annual contract for Yard + Home. I felt very dissapointed that inspite of being a existing customer I have to shell out additional $199 to upgrade my plan to cover this issue of yellow jackets. I had no issues in upgrading my plan but I felt pressured to sign up for annual contract plus pay additional $199.
