He said we can pay $595 one time fee for his visit and he will fix the issue or pay $199 and sign up a annual contract for Yard + Home. I felt very dissapointed that inspite of being a existing customer I have to shell out additional $199 to upgrade my plan to cover this issue of yellow jackets. I had no issues in upgrading my plan but I felt pressured to sign up for annual contract plus pay additional $199.
