Excel pest service was amazing company. Returned call with 25 hours and even sent the technician with all the questions and answers. Thomas agent consistently provides exceptional service by attentively listening to all my concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently. I had no issues in upgrading my plan but I felt pressured to sign up for annual contract plus pay additional $199.
