If there could only be more Kevin’s in the world!!Our apartment building has Kevin from Excel come every month like clock work for preventative pest control which is necessary given our building is directly next to a Restaurant that has their trash in back tempting and welcoming all things. Our fur babies do a great job keeping critters away (and killing mice) but Kevin’s the superhero to keep bugs away/at bay. Without fail he’s warm and professional always with a kind smile and emotionally invested in how we’ve been and any concerns we may have. He’s without fail been supportive and informative, addressing any concern. Just today I told him how I noticed a giant hole by the pipe of a radiator that’s could be trouble — it serves no purpose someone clearly cut into the tile too much and they never closed it. Well he sealed it up with steel wool and even warned me of the area he cut it in to ensure I swept it up to not cause us or our fur babies any harm stepping on it. Stand up professional man. In a world where some people are walking 1/2 asleep through life & don’t care about the quality of their work – Kevin is literally the exact opposite and if they ever take him away from our building I’m calling anyone and everyone to get him back. When it comes to your home you want someone like Kevin, Who Cares!! Thanks to Kevin we’ve not found any living unwelcome guests. Thank you Kevin, see you next month!
